SUP Yoga is suitable for Stand Up Paddlers who want to bring variety to their sport, as well as for yogis who are looking for a new challenge.

SUP Yoga combines stand-up paddling and yoga and is pure active recreation on the lake and in the open air.

The board becomes a yoga mat on the lake and your own little island, in harmony with nature and in the rhythm of your breathing.
